SIDE DOOR AGREEMENT

The Client shall place, track, expedite and take delivery of all orders at their home, place of work or storage. LEO is not responsible for receiving, unpacking, or inspecting any of these purchases. LEO is not responsible for any misrepresentation of the product including but not limited to finish, size, color, texture, quality, or availability. The Client shall take their own measurements and assessment of other openings and doorways where this furniture may need to pass through to its final destination. Client shall notify SideDoor of any damage items immediately. You will receive notification from SideDoor to package and ship any damage items and are responsible for the incurred costs. It is advised to keep all crating until items are inspected and installed. (Although items purchased and in good condition from the SideDoor link are custom and cannot be returned.) Client is responsible for reading SideDoor’s individual contract when making a purchase. LEO shall have no further obligation with respect to the Project, including, but not limited to placement of orders, product tracking, or preparing and scheduling installation. LEO shall not be required or compelled to disclose the identity of any vendor or other third party who may be a resource used by LEO in the development of the Project.
